Depends on what my body wants. Typically 7.5 hours.

I get roughly around 6-7 hours. Eight hours is more beneficial for me.

Alas, I suffer from insomnia, so I only sleep about 4 hrs per day. Sometimes my body is so tired that I try to go to bed earlier, but then I just lie there and toss about (which drives me totally crazy!). So my hours are from 2-6am.

Most of the time i get about 7-8 hours of sleep but lately i would be lucky to get that. Now with a 20 month old girl and a 4 almost 5 month old boy PLUS advanced collage courses.... I have been getting maybe 4-5 hours. Some times it is really demanding, but ya got to love them

I don't get much sleep like right now I have not slept in 48 hours.  I get three to six hours of sleep but its not because I don't work.  I pretty much stay home suffering in pain.

I usually get about 4 or 5 hours of sleep has been my pattern for several years. It usually don't take much for me to go to sleep, so I am fully awake after a few hours of sleep.

Right now I'm averaging 8 hours a day. However, because of my schedule, a couple of days I may get about 6 hours.

If I get 6 hours, I'm lucky. Something or someone is always interrupting my sleep  ::)
