Star Wars is over played.  It needed to be put on a shelf to not be touched, but Lucas kept ruining it, and now Disney wants to continue the pattern.

the prequels started out pretty bad but got better, and by #3 it was pretty intense.  The originals will always be the best even if the next three are awesome (and i hope they are)

My 5 year old daughter and I heard about the Starwars expansion on the radio the other day.  She was telling my 13 year old son all about it (He started watching Starwars after the lego starwars games came out on the Wii) He didn't believe her..actually accused her of lying.  You should have seen his face when I told him it was true.  Even funnier was her face expressing "told you so." Thanks to the postings here I have more info to pass onto my son.  2015 is going to sound so far away for him.

I'm excited too.  I was quit disappointed that George wasn't going to finish the saga.  I'll have to spring the money to actually see these in the theater.

Stan Lee has no say in the Marvel movies. 


I'm not sure what to make of this.  They're more than likely going to take the reigns from George Lucas.  On one hand that is sacrilege.  On the other hand taking the reigns from Lucas may not be a bad idea.  Lucas is not the visionary he was decades ago.  The Star Trek franchise also went along fine without Gene Roddenberry.

It looks like J.J. Abrams has been picked to direct the new Star Wars film.He's recently directed the recent Star Trek reboot,and the soon to be released sequel.Any Thoughts?

Another rumor going around is that there will be solo films for different characters.There is supposed to be one about Boba Fett,one about Yoda and one on the early years of Han Solo.That one sounds really cool.We'll get to see how he met Chewie,Lando and Jabba the Hutt!

Actually they may be better without Lucas in charge.  Maybe they can come up with more realistic plot lines like Han Solo dumps Leia and runs off with Luke..  Kind of a Brokeback Star Wars lol.

I am looking forward to seeing it when it comes out! I like most of the Star Wars series. I like the first three better than the last three. I hope the next series will is good as the first three better than the last three. So let's hope they can do as good a job with the next ones I did it with the first ones. Do you know what the story line will be. Follow skywalker on some of his books or is it something else!
