Below is a copy of the message I received concerning the technology survey, this verifies I completed survey but wasn't compensated:


We are sorry, our records indicate that you may have already completed this survey. We appreciate your willingness to share your opinions with us and hope that you will participate in future surveys. If you believe you have received this message in error please contact our customer service team at the email below.

It happens to everyone. You just chock it up as a loss and move on. Are you making sure to get to the end of the survey where it takes you to the Fusion Cash congratulations page? If you don't get to that page, you're not finishing the survey. If it wasn't a FC Survey, then when you get to the congratulations window, you need to leave the window open until you get credited. If you close out too quickly, your survey completion may not register.

I've received messages like this, but I think "completed" may include a survey that you started but were not qualified for.  It just means that they have a record that your ISP started the survey. 

When I complete a survey and reach the congratulations  or thank you page, I usually take a screen shot of that page and then create a picture of it for future reference.   That way I can include that proof of completion picture in with any communication with support or the survey site when I don't get credit.
(Doesn't always mean I get credit, but it helps sometimes.)

Yes, I completed the survey and received a congratulations from Fusion cash stating that I completed the survey.  I am familar with the steps to when a survey was completed.  When I first started FC over a month or so ago I didn't have this problem. This type of problem began about a week and a half ago. I was excited to be a member of FC. The videos aren't creditig anymore properly either. How can I suck up and ignore a survey that was completed and I did it for an hour, this is tiring. To make sure that I actually had completed the survey I clicked on it a 2nd time and it did send a message that said I had actually completed it.

Did you check your account first before you closed the congratulations window and clicked on the survey again?

Did you do any updates to your computer a week and a half ago? Maybe you changed something with your internet settings, which is causing the stuff not to register. You may have stuff blocked, which causes your completions not to be seen by Fusion Cash. I have never not gotten credit if I get to that Fusion Cash congratulation page. I click on next on that page and it always takes me back to the FC Surveys page and removes that survey I just took. There must have been an error somewhere. But really you can't dwell on it, it does happen to everyone sooner or later. Now if you are not getting credited for anything, you need to figure out what is up with your computer.

How long ago did you first complete the survey? Sometimes it takes awhile to recieve credit! Be patient! :) I'm waiting for the credit I earned from completing a FC survey today! I've been waiting....... about 20mins!?  :P
