Woman question? How can you tell if you pregnant early?

I been eating alot for the past 2 weeks and I been tired alot. My baby father haven been tired but he been eating alot too. Can any woman help me Please?

i knew instantly when i was pregnant, i just felt different but a cant explain it but when you are about 2 months along you can go buy a test or go to the doctors  but in the mean time you need to eat right and live right no hard partying until you know for sure
