I have never received this error message. In case this persists, I will suggest you try from another computer as it may be your operating system. You can also contact the support team and am sure this would be looked into. Cheers

I found this "reply" on a Microsoft forum (thinking perhaps it's an error with your OS), however, I don't think that's the case.  Here's the reply:

QUOTE:

This does not appear to be an Internet Explorer or Windows Vista error. As Hans brought up, this could be an error from a Proxy (if you use one), your ISP, or the website.

UNQUOTE

Maybe that reply will give you a clue as to where the problem may lie.

I have also heard of one other browser that people have had success with for certain tasks on here it is called Safari. I actually have to use it once in a while with my personal email account which has a tendency to lock up occasionally on me but when I use Safari from time to time it is very fast and is usually error free. Others aver indicated that clearing cache or cookies can be of help as well. If none of these help, I would also try one more time to send in a support ticket but perhaps approach it with a calmer tone and you may get a more positive response that you are seeking.

From what I've read about this error message, it really has nothing at all to do with any browser you might be using.
