I finally called this the other day.  My girls had wanted to help out so they tried to "clean" my computer to get the dust off, spraying it with an old febreeze bottle I keep filled with half/half water and pinesol, needless to say they keyboard went out, and I couldn't get into the computer because I use a passcode.  Anywho, they gave me several different techniques to try (none worked but was worth a try) and got paid to get help.  (YAY!)  On a side note, I gave them my cell phone number because I don't want people knowing my house number.  They offered to send someone out to my house and I would pay them for work, which I denied and when I ended the call- they called me back on my house number which I had not given them.  BOO but at least I got credit.

I called this one and I could barely understand the person. There was something wrong with the connection. I was just on barely 3 minutes when it just hung up. My phone was hung for a bit and I couldn't use it. I did however still get credit anyway. THANK YOU FC!! I tried I guess thats what matters.

Thanks for the info re: IT Tech offer.

I haven't called that one but now I am a little hesitant.

I wouldn't let anyone connect remotley to my computer that I don't know.

I completed this one and got credit, but I didn't let them connect to my computer. Plus, I could barely understand his thick Indian accent.
