I love Leslie Sandstone's walking tapes....LOVE THEM!!! You can get the 5 mile one at Walmart and you can do one or all in any order!

I like taking a walk and that is my usual exercise, but my favorite is to talk a long swim.  :fish:

Every day I do an early morning dynamic stretch workout, it now takes ten minutes. Sometimes I lift weight for eight minutes and add twenty minutes or aerobics. I also do the "dynamic stretch workout" before my second workout usually at nights, five days per week. A lot of times I miss the second workout. You know how life is. But I never miss my first workout of the day.  8)

Walking is only exercise I can do on a regular basis. I do like to swim when weather permitted.
