Geminid Meteor Showers Dec. 14th

Want to see a major meteor shower?  Look to the skies on December 14/15.  Late night will show the most activity, an hour or two after midnight.  My husband and I watched last night starting about 11:30 p.m. and counted 63 meteors in an hour and 50 minutes.  They were spectacular.  It was like watching a fireworks show without the different colors!  It doesn't matter where you live or what part of the sky you watch.  I hope you get to witness the excitement.

Oh my gosh!!! My sister and I watched it last night, too! I only saw one (and I think I finally saw the Big Dipper  ). My sister saw a lot, though. I hope I'll see more tonight.
