How would you rate your Boss?

My boss is one of the best bosses I ever had. I mostly have just good things to say. I would rate her about an 8.

I would have to give my bosses about an 8-9...I'm still new and they are helping me a lot. I see how they are with others too and it's the same so I feel i have a good job but still am not the happiest I could be I feel..that isn't necessarily a reflection of my bosses though

I rate my boss 10 very nice easy to talk to and only see once a week when I turn paper work in.

My first boss was about a 10. She was always kind to me and always communicated what she wanted. My second boss was about a 5. She was nice at first, but then she would make fun of me in front of customers.

I would rate my boss as a 5. He needs to learn and acquire managerial skills, and really learn how to work with people.

Thankfully, we don't have any bosses.  We have retirement income, but we also work from home.

And we love it!

My current boss (manager) is kind of mix.  For the most part he is pretty nice to me, but it is very difficult to meet his expectations.  I think however, that it is probably
the top executives who are enforcing the rules to limit the pay raises and our performance ratings.

I just started my new job 2 weeks ago. So far, the boss I would rank between 2-3. I heard many others before me had voluntarily quit the job because it was difficult to deal with the boss’ chronic complaints. It doesn’t take that long for a newcomer like myself to figure out why. Since I’m on a 3 month probation, I will be glad if the boss let me go sooner than that. It doesn’t make much of a difference to me. I don’t think anyone should have to put with her verbal abuse.

And to WaulML6, how would you rate yours? Are you happy with your job?

On a scale from one to ten,I rate my boss a 4.   He pass me over for a promotion.  Now, he wants me to work harder.    I will look for a better job.

I would rate my boss a 5. He's never around, but he did give a good review last year.
