Did you know?

A 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder with one tablespoon of honey every morning before breakfast helps relieve arthritis pain and you could walk without pain. Cinnamon also has anti-clotting blood effects, it helps lower your LDL cholesterol, the ability to stop medication-resistant yeast infection and boost cognitive function and memory.

I did not know that. I did know that I really like cinnamon toast. I also like cinnamon of rice pudding and I like cinnamon rolls a lot too. I didn't really need an excuse to eat more cinnamon, but know I have one.

That's good to know!! I love cinnamon, so I'm delighted that it's also a "kitchen medicine."
