Insanity Workout
« on: January 08, 2013, 05:44:17 pm »

I don't have the workout schedule so i have no clue where I should start.

I've only started with the fit test.

I should look it up, but if you have any suggestions or ideas please let me know :)

The Brazil Butt Lift is supposed to be a hard, but good, program.

There is also P90X that is a killer workout.

We prefer the weights at a gym, and Zumba.  Our bodies seem to handle those better.

I have heard P90X is tough.  I have a hard time getting motivated at the gym.  Right now it's a hard time w/all of the newbies who joined for their new years resolutions.

I do p90x. Highly recommended. Insanity is great too. It can be considered higher impact than p90x. Pretty intense stuff.

The only purpose that I think p90x serves is motivation.  A lot of people have trouble making themselves workout then this can help get them to work out on some kind of a routine.  Other than that I see it as a waste of money.

There are a lot of workout ideas out there but I think that most importantly you have to want to do any of them. They are all good if you stick to it. If you can form any kind of routine :wave:e it will help you. :notworthy:

It depends on what you want to accomplish. Do not forget take advantage of the good weather: Warm and dry.
