Many sources I have read state that walking is the best single exercise.  I have a treadmill that I use, but not every day.  One of my goals is to use it at least 4X/week.  On days that I do extensive housecleaning or yard work, I count that as my exercise for the day.  I also have several written exercises for specific body parts such as upper body, back, and neck that I want to work into a planned routine this year, maybe while watching TV.

When its warm outside I like to go for walks with my sister and kids, or cleaning house that's a workout there.

I don't get as much excercise as I should, walking is my best bet and when I am home for the day, I always use the bathroom downstairs so I am forced to go up and down the stars.

doing laundry I have to go downstairs  for every load.  that's up and down a flight of stairs a couple times a day.  I also walk to work which is just about a half mile round trip each day.  Most of the day I am standing so I try to move (as in stretching)  during the day.

I usually try to walk at least 1 mile a day, either on the treadmill watching movies, or outside when the weather permits and the sidewalks are not icy!  I am 76 and I want to stay a little flexible!

what I do to exercise is I do workouts, I take walks, and do stretches from time to time

I try to get on my bike dailya and lift weights becasue my muscle were affected when I broke my neck.  I try to do all the exercise they ask me to do for my recovery.  It is difficult to fine time and energy let alone desire.  Who want to exercise?

I don't exercise much. But I love to go swimming some of the times I was repass at a pool and be using much I think I'm better get back to doing it. I am gaining weight like mad since I have been doing it but my wife has been sick and tire iron don't like to leave her alone.

I take American Kenpo Karate classes twice a week, swim once a week and I have been walking with my husband in the morning for his to catch the bus (about a mile round trip) a couple time a week when I have the time. I have lost a lot of weight and hope that with the holidays gone I can lose some more soon.

I used to love to go to Zumba classes, but I don't have time anymore.

I dance at home to 3 songs everytime I eat a meal. That burns alot of calories.
