hate straightening out billing errors

I get tired of straightening out billing errors.  It is very time consuming.  They get it wrong but you have to spend hours trying to straighten it out.  They don't credit you for your time and time is money.  They should have to pay you for their errors.  They certainly charge you if you're late or make an error.  Ugh!
