Well, we do laundry as needed no special day, but when I was a kid my Mother did laundry on Thursday.  To each their own.

This is one of the 2nd thing in life I hate doing, shopping being the first (especially for shoes). My day to do laundry is Thursday as it is usually the day I have available. However it is due to change as I now have a job and work Monday thru Friday so that leaves the weekend. Ugh, wasted time on my weekend is not appealing  :crybaby2: I would love to have a washer and dryer to have the option to do it any day I actually need it!

My washing machine is broke right now.  It is so hard!  Sometimes i go to the laundry mat, but that is so much trouble and I never have enough quarters.  Sometimes I do a few in the sink.  I even did jeans in the tub one time. Gotta do what ya gotta do.

I've never had a particular day for laundry.  This past year I've had to adapt to no longer living where I had my own machines.  This has been a bummer.  I got so used to doing it whenever I needed to, even in the middle of the night with nothing to wear.  Big loads, small loads, soaking overnight if I needed to, but now...  I have to go to the laundry mat.  Yuck.  :(

We dont really have a laundry day but it seems that we do laundry every other day.  Most times we are doing three loads at a time.  We do whites, colored and also sheets or other things.  We try to do laundry only when we have a full load.  It is a waste to do when you don't have a full load.

Laundry day for me is when the hamper is full, or someone in the family runs out of some clothing article!

I also do laundry just about every day!  I have baskets in the laundry room, I do a run through the house every morning and sort into the baskets.  When a basket is full I throw a load in.  Seems like something is full every day.  Every once in a while I will take all the rugs, blankets and comforters and go to the laundry mat.  Clothes do smell nice if you put on the line, but they are so stiff.   And then  you have to iron a lot of things that look great when you hang up right out of the dryer.
