I like both.  Miracle Whip is tangier than mayo, so it really depends on what I'm putting it on.

Miracle Whip has a tangy taste.  I like it for tomato sandwiches however i think mayo is better to make tuna and chicken salad.

I don't really cook with either one but I can tell a slight difference with putting one or the other on sandwiches or in cold salads like potato or macaroni.  I think miracle whip is slightly more tangy but at any rate I like both.

I can't really tell a difference in mayo or miracle whip in cooking.  A sandwich is a different story.  Got to have my miracle whip.  It has a much better taste than mayo.

Always used Mayo.  In fact, don't think I've even tried Miracle Whip.  Perhaps I don't know what I'm missing?

It's been so long since I changed from Miracle Whip to Mayo that I don't really remember what Miracle Whip tastes like.  Maybe I should try it again.

I grew up on Miracle Whip.  It's sweeter and has spices for a more complex flavor.  A few years ago I had opportunity to re-taste mayo and discovered I like that too.  True mayo is just eggs, oil and vinegar.  My favorite is the one made with olive oil and seasoned with pepper.  I use both depending on the use.

Try making a turkey wrap with Miracle Whip, turkey, red chile sauce and fresh cilantro wrapped in a tortilla.  Yum.

Also try the olive oil and pepper mayo on a BLT.   :notworthy:

I'm like you, I grew up on Miracle Whip but I kept getting sandwiches at Subway and couldn't figure out why they were better.  Mayo!!!  I love mayo now and wouldn't have Miracle Whip for anything.
