I make my own homemade cookies with honey, peanut butter and dried fruit.  very healthy for us.  eat very little salty foods, not salt in my food (boring) but high blood pressure. Do like fresh veggies out of the garden It is hard to get really fresh from our grocery store. Have to go out of town to buy them. There is so much stuff sprayed on them to keep them so called fresh. Still eat my salads. Even if the lettuce turns after a couple of days then it goes into my compost for my garden. 3 more months and i can start to plant YEA.

Our families snacking as evolved over the years.  We like yogurt, yogurt/chocolate covered pretzles, almonds, trail mix, protein bars/shakes, smoothies.  Who Nu cookies are pretty good.  String cheese...oh and green giant just introduced sweet potato chips with sea salt that are super good.

I found Garden of Life has a choice of antioxidant chocolate bars.
Also, I saw some peleo bars and fruit flavored chia chocolate bars.
I sometimes drink Ginseng Up as a snack.
there is a brand of cookies called Who Nu, and they have nutrients in them. I usually go for apples and grapes, and pretzels and chips are good for you in moderation.

I like sunflower seeds, peanuts, almonds, pistachios, cashews, hemp seeds, pecans, bananas, apples, carrots, pineapple, strawberries, granola bars, white grapes, mango, papaya, triscuits, wheat thins, popcorn, cheese, yogurt. Lots of healthy choices for snacks, as long as you don't consume too much of it because then it's no longer so healthy for you.

Yogurt and lightly or unsalted almonds. Fruit and veggies. Veggie chips if I need a "bad food". I also drink sparkling water when I have a craving for soda.

Cucumbers and tomatoes sliced in a bowl with a little lemon juice or vinegar and some dill weed, celery seed, and salt.

Also, an easy, healthy dip is a variation of the greek cucumber dip:  Sour cream, lemon juice, chopped onion & cucumber, mint if you have it, garlic, and dill.  Let sit for a little bit in the fridge and the dip is awesome!

I cannot eat fruits as a snack too much because they are too high in sugar.  But, I do love some strawberries with heavy cream poured on top.
