Anyone make cinnamon buns with potato water????

I've recently been notified that in the good ol' days, the ladies would use the potato water from boiling potatoes in their cinnamon bun recipes....anyone have any that they LOVE???

The potato water is a good ingredient for not only cinnamon buns but also homemade donuts - we made both and used the potato water and some recipes called for using actual mashed potatoes I think but we didn't do that - don't have a recipe handy right now but need to put one up because the cinnamon buns came out real good.

I have never heard of that and will be looking into it.  I would love to see some recipes using potato water.  Thanks for the idea!

yup its full of nutrients and also helps to act as a sort of binder
