Sheer stubborness keeps me from giving up. I think it almost gets to be an addiction. And when you get to cash out, thats the best motivation to keep trying to have the next cash out even bigger. Hang in and keep going!

My kids are what keep me motivated.  Whenever I feel a little down or want to give up, I just think of them!

I think it is a combination of stubbornness, commitment to my family and my faith.  Not always in the same order.

I am sorry to hear that you feel like giving up. Please say encouraged and know that others love you and are praying for you. I have often felt like I couldn't make it and felt like giving up, but God has given me strength to go on, because I want to live and feel I have something to live for. I know have my family to live for and want my life to improve in the areas that make me feel like giving up.

You are very much cared for. Please don't give up. Keep hope and faith in God and he will see you through.

I feel that way so many times since the death of my son in 2001....but my other children make me wanna live.....knowing there are others who need me and love me make me go on.....don't give up, take a rest, change jobs, houses, location and keep on going....someone need you.......

My # 1 motivation is my children and what I believe is in there best interest.  It helps to have a side of stubbornness too.  For the sake of my kids I have a history of being wishy washy.  Saying one thing than doing the other.  I really need to work on my hippocracy  issues.  Much of the time when there is a need at steak I utilize that as motivation.  For instance if I feel the need to amp my workouts I supply myself with good work out shoes our a new t-shirt.  Sometimes even a new song to download on my ipod.  Whatever it takes sometimes to get that motivation in gear.

I have multiple sclerosis and what motivates me is my faith in God and family. I don't want to give in to such a stupid disease. When I don't feel like doing something I just have to make myself do it. And most times I'm glad that I did.

Focusing on the end result and always trying to out do myself. I want to be someone my kids can respect and look up to, so that helps too.

Motivation comes from within me for a good portion.

I am also a "student" of a Daily Mindset Call where we are studying the book, THINK AND GROW RICH, by Napoleon Hill.

Surrounding myself with other positive people really helps!

Taking the first step toward attitude adjustment is always the most difficult.  There are many things that help; exercise releases endorphins in the brain, which contribute to a sense of well-being.  Faith-based solutions are great.  Reading motivational literature or listening to motivational speeches or sermons are helpful.  When you are down, it is hard to take that first step to do something positive, even when you know it can improve your outlook.  If that is the case, start with the easiest or most appealing technique, which will vary from person to person.  Best of luck to you!
