I usually eat at least twice a day, but sometimes if I get up and immediately start working on a project or running errands I won't realize I'm hungry until later when I stop working. So there are days when I get one meal in and that's it. I don't know how good or bad that is for you, but if you feel fine I would think you're okay.

I don't think I can do it. Maybe if it's a well balanced heavy meal, other than that I need my three meals a day.

I can eat one meal a day when I have a busy schedule, otherwise I will have to at least have a snack to tide me over.

People only really need to eat when they are hungry or low in energy. There is no number of meals required.

I usually eat a really small lunch (like 200-300 calories) and a bigger dinner.

Believe it or not my spouse eats only one meal a day with no snacking.  He is very active during the day, so he will eat a big breakfast or a big lunch.   My spouse has not gain weight since we been together for 26 years.  I know I can not live like this.

I did it for a couple of years!  It started on accident.  I would wake up and start working.  I would make lunch and not get to it until about 3:30.  After I ate that, I wasn't hungry for dinner.  It was the thinnest, healthiest and happiest I have ever been.  And not hungry!  If I was hungry, I would eat... but only a few bites.  If I was still hungry, I would take a few more bites.  Generally, a few bites would make me full again.  I loved it and only stopped because I got pregnant.  Now, I need to get back to that eating schedule.  I'm ready for healthy and happy again.

I need my three meals a day. I eat a light breakfast, a good lunch, and a light supper.

I have done it, and I wasn't low on energy, but when it was time to eat that one meal, I was hungry by then. If I drink coffee with flavored creamer, or soda pop, that seems to stave off hunger and keep me going. It is really not healthy to do that, but when I am too busy, I will do it.

I function on one meal a day all the time.  I have no appetite these days.  I do eat supper (or dinner) as some people call it.  I do want that meal.  By that time I am starving!  LOL!
