I've been taking Vitamin C gummie vitamins for this past winter and it has helped raised my immune system.
And I've been eating a banana daily and I can see a huge difference! Bananas give you energy, great for your skin, get in your fruit serving, and it has seemed to help my mood!

looking into any vitamin deficiencies in your diet might help.

Dr. Oz talks about vitamin B12 here: http://www.doctoroz.com/videos/end-your-energy-crisis-vitamin-b12

I wish I could help you.  Actually, I could use some help myself.  I have to take pain relievers for RA and fibromyalgia, but most pain relievers that do anything at all for me also make me sleepy and just sap my energy.  I have had chronic pain for years.

Optimal health is key. I am currently far from it but remeber that when I tried a twelve week excercise program I had so much more energy, confidence and less of a need to sleep. And it only took thirty to sixty minutes a day out of my home gym.  Sometimes people lack energy because they are depressed...they can't wait to get back to bed...even after they have just woken up!  This doesn't seem like the case with you.  Using stimulants like caffeine/coffee/soda/five hour energy drinks are good temporarily but end up leaving me somewhat bonked once they have worn off.  If you go with stronger stimulants than that you may end up having to catch up on all of the energy that you have artifically extracted by sleeping when you don't want to.

Make sure you drink at least eight 8.oz glasses of water every single day. That is where your energy will be coming from.

you may want to get your thyroid and iron levels checked. If either of these are low that would cause tiredness

Good nutrition and exercise help with your energy level. If you're eating junk you usually feel like junk. If you're adequately feeling your body with all the things you need then you usually feel better and have the energy to do everything you need

I concur with this sentiment.  I feel really sluggish after I eat fast food.  I've been juicing/blending healthy fruits and veggies for the past month and have noticed a tremendous difference in my mood and energy.

I have been having a lack in energy myself.  It could be due to the weather.  I hate cold weather.  I started drinking more water today and adding lemon juice.  I heard that lemon juice keeps you from being so hungry.

While you're on Dr Oz's site look up the energy bar recipe.

You might also consider doing a detox.  Giving your liver a boost can really help.  There's some good ideas on Dr Oz's site.  You could also drink water with the juice from a lemon or lime and/or a detox tea.  I used one last month that has shizandra berry and licorice that was very good.

If this is a pattern you should start with a thorough medical check-up with lab work.  Electrolyte imbalances, low blood pressure, or low thyroid function can all contribute to a feeling of tiredness and are treatable once detected.

I have been feeling fatigued lately myself. It seems like my energy level is dropping day by day. I need to go to the doctor.
