I does not and can not take a year.  Watch the videos, do your daily PTC, get the e-mail, post 30 times a month and submit the form, take the FC surveys and anything else that works for you and you'll be cashing out every couple months like we do.

trust me I felt the same way then started coin calls for money u do 3 a day and that's 6 dollars a day don't give up

It is a way to make a little extra cash.  It takes a while to get a hang of it.

I don't think it will take a year for you to make $25.00.  It's all in what you put in it; there are so many different ways to earn so you're able to cash out faster.  Also, try getting some referrals, that helps as well.

In just a few days I made $25 so it all really does depend on how you apply yourself.  Post in the forum everyday, watch the videos, try all survey's, referrals, and now I just found Radio Loyalty.  You just listen to the radio and rate the song and you get paid a penny every 10 mins, there is no limit on how long you participate.

Don't give up so easily! This site is really awesome! Why do you think everything you do is only worth a penny? From what I've seen only certain surveys that you attempt and don't qualify for, and certain tasks are worth a penny. heck even the daily email is worth 2 cents. I cashed out within my first 2 weeks. paid to call opportunities can be worth 2-3 dollars a pop. just for calling and talking to someone about the relevant subject! Just browse through all of the different things on here. there is plenty to do and it can be fun at the same time!
