You request your check at the end of the month and they will usually write and mail the check by the 20th of the month.

If you requested your cash out on or before January 31st and it is approved, FC will mail it on or about the 20th of February.  

You will usually receive an email saying that they have approved the payment and mailed it around the 20th.  (Did you get that?)

When you receive the check, however, will depend on how good the mail service is where you are.  It will usually be another 3-4 days (it's not called snail mail for no reason),

If you're located in a remote area or an area that has experienced harsh weather or a disaster recently, it could take longer.

One of the advantages of PAYPAL or direct deposit is that the funds go into your account without waiting on the mail service.
