I would like to know if I can pay for offers from my account and yhen do you pay me the amount shown for each offer/survey on top of that?

No, you cannot pay for offers from your FusionCash account. You receive the credit for the offer you completed within 7 days of completion, but it usually doesn't take that long. Once you reach $25, you can cashout and receive your money by PayPal, Direct Deposit or Check.
