Smiling is important. I have always been told it takes more muscles to frown than to smile  What makes me smile is helping someone else who has had a bad day smile. It really makes a diffrence alot of the time. I still remember when a store employee was working on a holiday and i told her i appreciate all her hard work and being open and i told her to have a good day. That little appreciation went a long way because it changed her whole attitude.. Don't Forget to smile today!

Our church has been praying for a girl who was diagnosed with cancer.  She was pregnant at the time and had to postpone chemo treatments.  She delivered her healthy baby girl, did the cancer treatments and today we found out that she is in remission.  That made me smile.

Today, I seen my cat sleep in his bed - he hadn't slept in it in a long time -  was a bit chilly this morning.  I was channel-surfing earlier, I got to see my fav movie which the movie been on-air for about the 10th time lol love when that happens.

This a good question. I'm glad you asked. For me, today, it's more of a 'who made you smile today'. I'm going to withhold their name, but a pretty awesome person (who, incidentally I happen to have a crush on) did something that was special to me. That, made me smile. I know it sounds really ridiculous or corny or whatever, but hey, you asked.
