 :sad1: I just got a TV (last month), after not having one for 10 years. I can not believe the shows on network TV (ABC, NBC, CBS and/or FOX)... The sit-coms are so off-the-wall and sexual over-toned, I don't see how anyone with a family (kids) can sit thur them... I can tell ya one thing... I sure haven't been missing anything... The cop-shows are more blood & guts then who-done-it...
Here's the kicker; I'm a 61 year old/ male and live alone so I've been around the block (a time or two) and far from a prude... I may just toss the TV and go back to reading and internet.

True. I gave up my tv too. But not because what was on it ,but because the doctor told me that  watching it was hurting my head. I have real bad migraine headaches, so we are trying to rule out things. Slow painful process.
