Go to the very bottom of the screen and you'll see a link that says "refer friends" click it and you have the option of sending just the link or sending a banner

Go to the bottom of your Account Page for the banners and referral link   :)

Click on the referral link and pick the banner that you like then post it. It will bring people here with you as the refferer.
