I know that payments are due on or around March 20th. I also know that I have180 days but can I still be making money up until about the 18th and still get paid on the 20th or is there a time limit

No, you get paid the 20th of the month after you cash out. So if you cash out in February, you get paid March 20. The money you make after that would go towards your next cashout. If you wait until March 18th to cash out, you won't get paid until April 20. So you may as well wait and cash out until March 31. Then you don't have to wait so long for your money. But some people prefer to cash out as soon as they are eligible so they can start earning money towards their next cashout. It is whichever you prefer. I wait until the last day of the month to cash out so my cashout is larger..

if you didn't cash out by February 28th your payment will come around april 20 but you have until the last day of the month of march to still qualify for the april 20 payout.
