If you think you have done it correctly and weren't paid then you should submit a support ticket. If it was an oversight on their part then they'll pay you

The new system/form for submitting payment proofs should eliminate the issues that we had with the old thread, which were often related to bad / expired URLs.  From now on the images are all hosted by us so they wont get lost.
