You are not alone! I have problems falling asleep due to my mind racing in a thousand different directions...and a poor nights sleep or not enough sleep sure makes for a long day!  :sad1:

I stay up way too late, or early I guess, and than have trouble functioning the next day and *bleep* about being tired.  Do I change my behaviour?  Of course not.

I've only really been getting tired recently.  No matter when I go to sleep I can't seem to wake up in time for work, and if i do, I'm in a horrible mood all day.

there's a pressure point that if you ball your fists and place the fists at point just above the knee caps between your legs -- you'll drop off to sleep in 5 to 10 minutes.  hope it helps.  if you want to stay awake there is a point just under the ridge in your ear when pressed it will hurt and it will keep you awake.  use to use it on long distant drives across USA.  the pressure point in the ear not the other - ha, ha.

No, but no matter how much sleep I get, I always feel tired.  It is NOT fun.

yes I do! Insomnia is what brought me here in the first place. Then, I have to get up at 6:30 to get my kids ready for school. I'm always still sleepy in the mornings. It's funny the best cure for insomnia is realizing its time to get up!!

I always tell myself that I am going to be in bed and asleep before 10.  I have to get up at 5am for work.  I rarely actually make it.  I end up on the computer or watching tv and then crawling in bed and reading a book until about midnight.  By the end of the week I am completely exhausted and useless.
