Just Learned about the new picture payment bonus deal but confused.....

  I agree, the new picture payment is so much easier but each time I try, get some kind of ERRORmessage! First time, my picture was too big; 2nd time I didn't check the agreement clause; 3rd time I didn't click on the current paycheck option;5th time it says that the paycheck wasn't valid! How can it not be valid, I've already deposited it in the bank a couple of weeks ago??!! I really like this new easier system but I don't think it likes me!
I know, I've must've overlooked something but right now, I can't seem to see it & pin point where I've messed up! So, frustrating I've now just gave myself a severe headache of epic torture & pain! Anyone, out there in FC world please HELP!

I just submitted the screenshot of my paypal payment and I didn't have an issue. Maybe they fixed whatever glitches it was experiencing before everyone used it for this payment

Sorry to hear that experience. I always am cautious of new processes, but hopefully things have been worked out. I am really looking forward to what seemed to be a simpler and smoother way to post a photo proof of payment. Sometimes the old method would get so frustrating that I could reach the point of it being easier to just give up thango through the pain of what was needed just to earn the $1. It sounds like this should work better. Probably over the next few days others will be trying it also and if there ore solutions or hiccups, they will be addressed or worked out and other's solutions posted. Good luck

[/quote]Thanks to those who responded & the support & encouragement even if you could not help.After venting out, I decided to leave the headache problem alone for a few days. Today, I tried again &.................Drum roll.........http://SUCCESS!!!!!!My picture was processed! The problem was I was using the wrong form not compatible to this new system. So, I converted the pic. from PDR post to png. Lesson learned.....Duhhhha girl read the directions before hand! In my defense; while raging in great frustration, I was temporally Blonded! LOL!

I had just a slight problem once I did try to post- I forget now what the message was, but the one thing I did notice which seemed to be confusing and discusses in another thread, is that people are not sure they are choosing the correct one to submit. They are listed by the date that we submitted them, not the day that they were paid. I think if they were all listed by the date paid there might be a little less confusion. I ended up thinking perhaps there was a little hiccup or a bug as it was a new process. I waited probably half hour to an hour, came back and tried it again and it was accepted. The other cool new feature is that you will be able to see that it was accepted right after you do get it posted in that towards the bottom of the page it will tell you that it was accepted and if I remember correctly,also assign a number for tracking or reference. A few hours later I received a notification in my regular email inbox that I had successfully posted my proof of payment with FC. That to me was a terrific pro active position for FC to take and to do, it made me feel more confident in myself that I could actually do something techno and get it right! Thanks FC  and good luck to all others. Most likely support tickets got overwhelmed and if there were bugs or hiccups, they spent their time addressing those. If it has been a few days or so, I would try to submit again as perhaps the instructions have been clarified better or any other hiccups have been addressed , this way admin won't have to answer so many individual tickets, they may actually just indicate that the problem or issue has been fixed, suggest that you try again, and if still having difficulties, to place a fresh support ticket. I do the check offer too, and it took me about 10 times to take the perfect picture of mine! It was worth it though, I just had to keep zooming out and then cropping it

Mine too always error, that is why until now I have not post my check picture yet. I need to resize it first.
