Try to eat right, less carbs and sugar, drink lots of water and exercise.

that's something i am working on myself at the moment.My babies are grown,but i am hypothyroid and it's making it a lot harder to come off.Good luck to you and the new baby

Protein first.  Good carbs like vegetables and whole grains, avoid white carbs (white flour, sugar, white rice, etc).  Water rather than soda.  Fruit instead of sugary desserts.   Exercise.  These are the things that work for me though not always easy to follow.
