Anyone going on vacation?

No, we are not going on vacation.  We don't have the money to do so.

my husband has a weeks vacation, but we are not going away instead we are going on a few day trips

We wouldn't have been able to go on vacation if I hadn't already paid for it before my husband's hours were cut.  We are going to Oak Island, NC in August can't wait.  First time we have been on vacation in five years.

Actually Im going to Disney World with my family!  But we saved up for it and planned it way before the economy got this bad

Timeshare in Hilton Head. Couldn't sell it this year because of the economy, so we're going.

Camping several times this year.  First time is this weekend.  To me that is vacation, nothing better.
