djohnson, it seems that you aren't getting credited for all or most of the surveys you say you are completing.  Are you sure you're "completing" them and not just trying to "qualify" for them and then getting DQ'd?  If you're not being completely honest with your answers, you'll get disqualified.  If you truly ARE completing these surveys, then may I suggest you send in a Support Ticket and let them know which surveys you aren't getting credited for.  It's VERY unusual that someone here would complete all these surveys and NOT get credited, so obviously something's wrong.
