Sorry to hear that.  I unfortunately don't know a lot about that kind of stuff.

........My problem is that I only eat one time a day...........

Eating once a day may be part of your problem.  With diabetes, controlling your blood sugar so it's relatively level is very important.  Better to eat small amounts 3-5 times a day than 1 or 2 big meals.  Obviously your portions need to be adjusted so your daily intake is in sync with your needs.

Also important to drink at least 8 glasses of water (or other liquid) every day.  Start with 2 glasses when you first get up in the morning and another glass with each little meal.  Water fills you up and makes it easier for your internal organs to function the way they should.
I do drink plenty of water and I started taking everyone's advice so this way of eating will help, It hard to get out of bad habits but I am trying so I don't become a diabetic borderline is bad enough and if I can fix it without a pill that will be better,  So Thank all of you my Fusion Cash Family

Why are you only eating once a day?  Did you tell the doctor this?  You should be eating small meals throughout the day.  What is your diet like?  Do you eat a lot of processed foods?  How about trying to cut out all meat except for fish and eat a primary vegan diet?  I believe a lot of our modern health problems comes from an unhealthy diet.  Learn about treating food as medicine and see if that makes a difference in your health.
