Video won't play anyone have any suggestions

I have been trying to watch the Evil Within-Viewers discretion is advised.  Trying to play it for two days and I don't know why? Has anyone else had this same Problem.

I just watched it twice in Firefox browser and didn't have a problem with it.

I just tried it using IE and had no luck. I tried it at least 5 times but it never played. I'm going to try it using Chrome. Will let you know if that works.  

Update: just watched it twice using Chrome, so maybe it's not compatible with Internet Explorer. Try a different browser.  Good luck!

I've seen the video with no problems.

I haven't had any problems watching this particular video but I've had problems with other videos loading lately.  The window opens but the video never loads.  I use the Chrome browser and have never had any problems watching videos until the past couple of days.
