Why end something that makes fun of xxxxx Family's. We all know there is dysfunctional running deep. This is why we are having a gun control battle. Gangs have used guns for many years. Until it became a problem in xxxxx areas now there is a problem.

The show is still very strong considering how long it has been on.  After about season 12 or so, I thought there was a little bit of a drop off, but still better than most things on TV.  In it's prime, I really think it was the smartest show on TV because in order to "get" all the references you had to have the most outside knowledge of any show.  For example, the show has referenced Citizen Kane a great deal and you would not have understood some of the more subtle jokes if you had not seen the film.

I don't watch tv that much anymore...but the simpsons have always made me laugh.
