I do not think there is any specific interval or day when this happens. They just put them up as they become available. Some days you'll see 2 or 3 new ones and then nothing new for a week or 2.

So once people complete the couple of general free offers out there, is there anything to do beyond the daily surveys?  I know you can complete paid offers, but after the initial sign up, what do people really do?  I'm staring at the same 30 or so offers it seems, having completed probably 90% of the free ones, getting credit for maybe 50% of those.  What's next?
