I try to go to bed around 10 or 11pm, but sometimes because I trouble sleeping I ending getting to sleep later or earlier. I'm disabled right now, so my schedule doesn't affect me like when I was going to college before. Thankfully I wasn't haven't the trouble sleeping back then like now. It seems I have trouble sleeping a lot now. I'm going to have to see a sleep specialist soon.

I get up around 7:30 which I don't think is that bad.  The time I go to sleep kind of varies throughout the year but right now it is around 11:00-11:30.

I don't like telling people what time I go to bed or when I get up. I will share that I usually get about 7 to nine hours sleep per day and I have been known to take an afternoon nap or two if I find myself sleepy. I generally get up early. i hope that somewhat helps your question. :)

I have no set time to wake up. But I normally got to bed around 11 at night. I normally wake up anywhere between 5 and 7 in the morning.

My preferred bedtime to be most funcitional the following day is 9:30.  If I get up at 6:30/6:45 a.m. I'm good.    Same goes for weekday or weekend.  My partner stays up till all hours of the morning so I've had to adapt to his bodies 4 or 5 hour sleep requirement.  With the lights on and the tv.  It sorta drives me crazy but I love him and it's a small sacrifice.

My goal is 9:00 pm because I get up at 4:30 am but it never happens.  It's more like 10 or 10:30.  Tired!!!!!!
