A Little Bit Country or a Little Bit Rock-n-Roll?

I have always been a little bit Rock-n-Roll.  And I do not envision myself changing in the near future.  It is the only kind of music that I can get in to.
I need music that energizes me, not sedates me.  If I have trouble sleeping, then classical is the best choice by far - not intentionally putting down classical music.  But it does not really energize me or makes me feel passionate in any way.  I took a music class in college a very long time ago and the only music that was discussed or played was classical music.  It amazes me how many people can really get passionate by that kind of music.  It does nothing for me - sorry If I have offended anyone.  It is just the way I am.

There is a song out that has been modifyed for both country and rock called Gimmie the Beat.  And that is pretty much where I am.  So Gimmie the beat boys to free my sould I want to get lost ( in your country song / in your rock and roll ) and drift away.
