REady to call it quits
« on: May 15, 2013, 10:52:16 pm »
I guess my time here is about through, I just got through almost all of 3 surveys at least to be at the end and kicked out. I can't do this anymore. It is one thing to be punched out in the beginning, but at the end after filling out all their questions for you, It puts me in a bad mood.

I stopped doing the surveys.  There was a time when I qualified for all of them.  Maybe I aged out of the demographics I don't know.  Now I just stick to the other daily offers.

I only do the FC surveys and I rarely qualify, but at least there's the penny consolation reward.  In fact if they try to redirect me to another survey than the one it's supposed to be I hit the "no thanks" button.  It's just a waste of time to continue.  Sometimes they don't ask though and I feel like a victim of bait and switch.    >:(

Good gosh y'all five minutes after being that mad at the suveys, I went to my email and won a 100 gift card on amazon. ummm...okay that cheered me up, but yeah tired of wasting my time,, just going to do a few here and there if I haven't anything better to do, which is hardly ever with school and all.

I will say though for the last 4 years fusioncash had been my #1. sorry but I feel like I should be dressed in black and mourning the loss of a dear friend. Please fusion cash,, please go back to your old way of these surveys, the company doing these and kicking out must be sitting back and laughing at us try to qualify and almost getting to the money and then a swift kick in the derrier.."Its a sad day of loss"

To be honest, I can't remember the last time I did a survey.  I know how upset you must have felt but life is not fear.

I only do the FC surveys. I haven't had the problem with those ones of being kicked out near the end of a survey. I qualify for more of those ones also.

I feel your pain I very rarely do surveys here for some reason I don't qualify on FC but can do many on other sites so I just do daily's and a few offers here

I tend to only try surveys if I'm close to cashing out, but have only a few days to go before some offers start expiring. One thing I've found to help that "waste of time" feeling of trying but getting rejected on surveys is to do them while I'm doing something else... Like I'll do surveys while watching TV; as soon as a commercial comes on, I'll try going through a survey.

I gave up on surveys a long time ago. Either I wouldn't qualify or get credit after completing them.

I very seldom qualify for a   :BangHead:  survey.  I am almost in shock   :dontknow:  when I do............and I have qualified for several just in the past couple of weeks.  I   love doing the Radioloyalty, I have that on my computer all of the time now.  I check in on the vidoes several times a day and   always get a few each day.  I have started doing more and more of the human tasks.

Ive done ok with surveys here but I know how frustrating they are. You want to make a dollar but you can't even do that .There is another site that I do surveys and the last one I did I received no credit so I stay away from the site for 3 weeks or more to avoid the frustration.

Well, hate to see you leave, but just try some other things and maybe you will feel better about FC.

I work several survey only sites in addition to FC and their surveys...and it's the same everywhere you go.  Different survey sites attract marketers for different demographics so I've found I tend to do better on some sites vs others.

I also find there's a pattern to the availability of surveys - surveys will start on one site, then if they don't get their quota, I start seeing it show up on other survey router sites.  The surveys that start showing up on the other router sites probably have very specific demographic they are looking for and will be harder to qualify for.

I found I tend to have better luck with surveys at the beginning of a month - by mid to late in the month, most of those surveys have the majority of their breadth demographic filled and are again looking for specifics to complete the run of the survey.

The volume of surveys also tend to change up throughout the year.  Spring tends to have a small bump as manufacturers are rolling out summer things (vacation surveys, summer activity surveys, clothing, etc).  Tax product surveys typically show up around March.  Fall tends to be a survey bonanza as you have the back-to-school surveys as well as upcoming holiday topic surveys (travel, food, gifts, etc).  I've found January and February tend to be the deadest months for surveys.  Late summer (July/Aug) tends to get a little dry too.

If you try surveys during the "bump" periods, you might find you have better luck.  Otherwise a technique I use was a 3-strike rule.  If I get bounced through 3 sets of router pre-qualification surveys and did not qualify for a survey, I stopped and moved onto the next router.

As far as being disqualified at the end of the survey - that happens elsewhere, not just here.  It's the unfortunate nature of some surveys.  I've learned often what happens in those cases is the survey is nearing the end of its quota, and happened to reach its quota before you finished.  I get a few here and there, and on the survey only sites, if I spend an hour on the survey, I'll complain and see if they can negotiate credit from the group who contracted the survey.  Otherwise, I'll just tell myself the situation sucks and move on to something else.
