I would phone the vet and tell them what happened.  They can tell you if the dog needs to be seen or not.

I always heard that wasn't good and could harm them, might want to call a vet

I'm glad to hear that your dog seems to be doing fine but I would contact a vet for advice just to be safe. Dogs eat any thing they can get a hold of. Much of it can be very bad for them and can be bad for their health at a future time. Good luck, I hope it all works out well for your dog.

I laughed when I read that post!  My cat eats cheesecake and lettuce and tried to eat several bees lately.  But no foil.  Good luck with that one!
