Which $5 bonus are you talking about? You don't get $5 every time you cash out. You only get $5 when you first join. If you have not received that....check here http://www.fusioncash.net/confirm.php?do=coreg  Now the person who referred you will get $5 every time you cash out. If you have any referrals and they cash out you will receive $5 every time they cash out.

ok, thanks for the info, I misunderstood.  I did receive the $5 sign up on my first payment may16.   I think I know how to do the $3 forum bonus but still do not understand how to post payment proof? (I'm a 56 year old technology challanged-lol)

I wish there was a 5 dollar cashout bonus. Haha. Especially that existed for every cashout, it would be so easy to make money.
