I can't be out in the sun anymore!

Yesterday, June 1st, I had a garage sale from 9-2 and after I packed everything away it seems the heat got to me and I had the worst headache and I felt weak and so sick. I had no appetite and I was really fatigued. This was so weird that this happened. I still don't know what caused this. I ate breakfast and I had plenty of water and had a  lunch snack too. So what gives? Anyone knows what this could of been?

Just sounds like heat exhaustion to me.  Don't know what part of the country you are in, but, here in the southwest, the heat can cause symptoms like you experienced so that's why I say "heat exhaustion".   Next time try wearing a hat or stay under an umbrella.  Good luck!!!
