They told me to eat something with sugar in it. Try to stay active. As they say a body in motion stays in motion.

I had very low energy about 5 years ago.  Started taking vitamins and minerals and that made a huge difference in my energy level.  B12 and B Complex are great for energy and mood.

I am 48 have  no energy. My energy started slowing down in my early 40's. Any one else having that problem, if so what are you doing to increase your energy?

You probably don't want to hear this but..... get some exercise and lose some weight.
It doesn't have to be much at all.  Do some walking and try to lose 5 to 10 pounds.
You will be amazed how much energy you get back.

I dunno about my energy I don't do much of anything (even when I do, I am not usually tired unless I have 2 hours of sleep).... I think exercising lightly everyday can help you have energy.. Other then tht vitamin d, energy drink, sugar, caffeine, etc

Get plenty of sleep. This is my big weakness  :-\ Also you want to look at your diet -are you eating properly? If you have no medical condition, then you'll want to look at your sleep and food intake.

I've learned over time to do what I enjoy.  I love pets and became a pet sitter...I love to garden so I garden on my spare time.  I also found I sleep less as I age...try and get some sleep if you can...

Get lots of sleep, and eat healthy food. Getting some fresh air might help also.

When I feel very sluggish in the morning, I usually drink the Moringa herbal tea leaves. This usually give me some energy.
