Determine if one company owns another (CrowdFlower Official Job)

This is for those that love the tasks page. I attempted this task and it all seemed so confusing. Am I the only one who feels this way and those who have a proper understanding of the task and have a higher accuracy can share tips because never has any task been this confusing to me.

I too feel that some of the tasks are a bit confusing, I sometimes think it is just me making them more complicated than they really are. Glad I am not the only one.

Yes some are trickier than others. When it comes to tasks I just do my best and try not to overthink. Time is money

Most are to confusing to me, so I tend to stay away from them, even though I know some FC members have mastered the tasks and do very well there.

Most of the tasks are very confusing and I don't do them. I read this forum to stay up to date on the real easy ones. This forum really helps each of us out a lot.

I've looked at that one and decided against doing it because it not only looked confusing, but way too time consuming. I tend to stick to the ones I've done before and know are not so confusing.

I was just on the Tasks page and saw this task.I would like to have tried this one,but when I clicked on the link all I got was a blank gray page,The listing said there were still 6569 available,so they're not all done yet.Whatever the problem was, maybe CrowdFlower can get it fixed and some of us can do some of these.

I found this one to be very easy and it paid well... I made over $5 just  in this task... they give you the webpage of the "parent" company and search links for the other company and you determine if the second is a subsidiary of the first, isn't owned by it or is the same company in just another location

I also think the directions are not clear.  I have tried tasks only a couple of times and apparently did not do something right as I was not credited, so I don't do them anymore.

 I feel much the same way. I like doing tasks but found this one a little confusing. Oh well, can't win them all!

I do the tasks regularly and I found this one to be too time consuming and difficult.

In many instances the parent company and company 2 have the same name, but without address info for both I found it too difficult to determine the relationship. Also, most companies list "blah blah is a subsidiary of blah blah", but I found most don't mention joint ventures.

I clicked on this task again today.Another day,another blank page.When I clicked the Help button to let  CrowdFlower know I was having a problem,the Help button didn't work either.

If some of these tasks payed more like $5 or $10 then I might consider them, otherwise, crowdflower just can't afford me.

This task is pretty challenging. Couldn't get anything right.
