smoker or non smoker

non smoker all of my life. My father smoked and all three brothers smoked. Now just two  brothers smoke. My father has stopped smoking as well. My mother  dipped snuff up until two weeks til she passed away. RIP MAMA.

i smoke off and on my self and i tryed to stop smoke alot of times but one day i will stop all toguther but as of right now i can say i smoke a half a pack a day so for side two packs a day ,and that good till i stop all toguther

I am proud to say I have never smoked.  My husband quit over 2 years ago.  My late brother in-law smoked up until the day he died.  He planned to have the last cigarette, but had a massive heart attack.  The coroner found a dent in his head from when he hit his head on the ashtray.

I have never smoked. It wasn't something that appealed to me even as a teen. It made me choke the only time i tried it. I'm thankful now that I never picked it up with all the health issues that it has today.

I am a non smoker, but I did try it when I was a teen. But then it was mostly because everyone around me was in the teen lounge I used to go to. So it was only on the weekends and I didn't really like it. (Half a cig. a night.)

Non smoker all the way but my husband recently quit using the electronic cigarette. It works great.

I do not smoke anymore I have been smoke free for 8 years and thanks be to God, I never pick it up again.  I just wish I can get my husband to quit, maybe one day.

Anyway you look at it 8 cig's a day is better than 2 packs.  I do agree with old buddy though about it making cravings harder.  I knew a woman that would have one cig a day with her morning coffee.  If anyone asked if she was a smoker though she would say she wasn't even though she'd been doing that for 30-40 years.  I'm not a smoker myself.  I'm disgusted by the smell.  Have allergies and asthma.  When I was 16 or 17 years old I'd light up with my friends when we were drinking (I know I was naughty) I thought it was cool than.  I never had to have it or craved it.  Boy am I glad for that.  My brother-in-law is trying to quit...he's using the e-cig.  I don't know much about them though.  I know it's expensive and when he doesn't have cartridges because it doesn't fit in the budget he falls back on old fashioned cigarettes .

I am a smoker, unfortunately. Wish I never started smoking. I want to quit and have been looking into different options such as e cigarettes and different prescriptions. Definitely need to quit. Everytime I see one of those ads on T.V about what smoking does it scares me.
