smoker or non smoker

  I am happy to say that I am a non smoker, and I am even happier to now say that my dad is now a non smoker, since he recetly quit after many years of smoking

I smoked for 45 years but 6 1/2 years ago I quit.  I got where I could not breath good.  So just laid them down and never wanted another one.  I feel so much better and have saved a good amount of money.  Hope everyone has a nice Tuesday and may God bless each of you and keep you safe.

I am not a smoker but have friends that are trying to quit. My best friend only smokes at night. It seems so hard for her to quit.

I am not a smoker.  Both of my parents passed away from lung diseases caused by smoking.  I watched how difficult it was for them to breath during the final stages of the disease.  To me, a cigarette isn't worth it!!!!!

i used to smoke years ago but not anymore i'm so glad that i quit.

Have you tried Ecigs? I started using one a few months ago and it has helped me cut down a lot on the real ones.

I used to smoke when I was in high school. However I stopped that promptly after being informed about all the health risks. Cancer, heart attack, amputations.. Luckily I was young so I wasnt really addicted. I often have the urge because I enjoyed it. But I dont give in because its not worth it. Also I dont have an addictive personality and can try something once that I love and never do it again.

I hate smoke, my husband smokes and I cannot stand it, I watch it killing him slowly every night he coughs and sounds like he is going to die, I hate breathing it, tobacco farmers, kind of weird that it is one of the things that got America going.

I went both ways, I started smoking at 18 than I quit for awhile than I went back to smoking than I quit again, I did this several times a year for several years and somebody told me to decide which is it I am either a smoker or non-smoker and land on one so I did, I am a smoker, yes I probably die from smoking one day but at least I will die enjoying life pleasures like smoking, it helps me from getting too stressed out so much. I don't drink unless it is a social event, so really the only bad habit I have is smoking cigs. Now I had friends in the past that used to smoke and the doctors told them to quit before they get lung cancer one day and which scared them to quit, so for many years they did not smoke anymore and one day they still ended up getting cancer anyways. I lost a few friends that died from lung cancer way long after they quit smoking cigs for many years. A very odd thing to have had happened.

I'm a non-smoker. I've always found the smoke extremely unpleasant, even when I was a kid. I know it's very hard to reduce your smoking or quit it. So I wish you luck with that.

I'm using E-cig.. But never smoke tabacco
