Absolutely.  I have to rest on the couch with my coffee when I get up.  After 15 minutes I'm ready to rumble.

It takes me about an hour after waking just to get moving. After that though it usually doesn't take me long to get ready.

Yes it does. I always get up moving slowly. It seems that after a night in bed I would get up feeling good. However I ache every morning and it takes me quite sometime to get going.  :(

Sometimes i do but lately i been getting up very early and have plenty of time to relax after i get ready putting my make up on.
