How to tell if you called the paid to call

I see more paid to call for car insurances.  How do I tell if I have called them before.  I thought they disappear, but want to make sure.  God Bless and Thank you

i always thought they disappeared as well once you have called them.  I could be wrong,  but i'm pretty sure that is what happens.

So, if they reappear and you still have not found a better rate you can call them?  They have a lot of auto insurance calls.
