Trouble posting my Payment for the month.

I got my first cashout last month and had trouble posting my payment. I know its probably something so simple, but I had trouble posting my payment. I don't want to miss out on my next cashout on an extra buck I could be receiving. I saw that there was a link. I attempted to save my email screen and then post it using the link provided. Then it wouldnt upload. The computer said it wasnt the correct file type, then I attempted to take a picture of it then upload it. Since I was taking a picture of a computer screen , there was a flash and didnt show the info. I got tired of dealing with it and dropped it. If I print off a sheet of my pay. Take a picture of it then take it from there, would that be sufficient?

You have to make sure it is below the max size and that the check number is visible.

I've never been able to get it to work and just quit trying.
